What does TOC mean, then? Well, there are theories. "The other chronic" has been suggested, as well as "the other color."

Album 2 could be styled "N.ation" with a red N. blue "ation", letting the N. overlap in a way. We all know kdot has a career-long theme of red & blue that goes deeper than aesthetics. So IMO it's kind of eyebrow raising there's no blue here to compliment all the red.Not to mention there's also a lot of allusions to duality in the track list alone...Pride/Humble, Lust/Love, Fear/God.
