It's a pretty achievable look should you wish to try it out. Use eyelash glue to apply the pom-poms, which are available at craft shops and haberdasheries.
The look can be traced back to Dutch Instagram makeup artist Marly, who posted a photo of her entire face covered in pom-poms. As you do.
