AngrymanFuckin is A STATEMENT. Similar to the way Dadaists of the early 20th century sought to make art that questioned the purpose of art, AngrymanFuckin created tweets that questioned the purpose of tweeting. And like the Dadaists' tendency to use household objects with minimal artistic manipulation to reconsider art as a practice, AngrymanFuckin used readily available emoji instead of original thought.

The account, which remains committed to tweeting pure, unadulterated rage, posts gems like this.

"For us, art is not an end in itself," Dada poet Hugo Ball said in a 1916 manifesto. "But it is an opportunity for the true perception and criticism of the times we live in."
Dadaism came into being when artists disillusioned by the effects of World War I wanted to subvert societal expectations of art. Is there anything more subversive than tweeting simple emoji instead of participating in arguments with actual words?
In other words: AngrymanFuckin is a big mood.
Of course, similar accounts have begun popping up, flooding Twitter with blocks of emoji. It seems like there's an account for every one in the Unicode library.

AngrymanFuckin was funny because it was so absurd but still relatable. The copycat accounts are just annoying, clogging up a perfectly good feed with endless goats and aliens.

Why is this happening? Who asked for all of these emoji?
It's worth noting that all of these accounts couldbe run by the same person. The usernames follow a similar pattern: AngrymanFuckin, alien_fuckin, and fuckin_poop. Either way, it's a bad look. The walls of random emoji serve to take away from the punch of AngrymanFuckin. The original account had so much potential, subtweeting world events with a string of angry red faces!
But now, the nonstop emoji aren't Dada. They're just kind of annoying.
