Don't come to Fox News commentator Bill O'Reilly if you're expecting an apology.
Take,Watch This Ain't Ghostbusters XXX Parody for example, the commentator's non-apology to Congresswoman Maxine Waters he issued last night after making fun of her "James Brown wig." The host can barely make it to the end of his apology without laughing.

Of course, his argument -- that President Trump can teach the black community about a philosophy of living -- is so patronizing it actually should require an additional apology, but whatever.
