SAN FRANCISCO -- Highway 101 runs south from San Francisco,Kali Hansa through Silicon Valley to San Jose, crowning it perhaps the Bay Area's most congested stretch of road come commute time.

A fire made the post-work rush hour even more hellish than usual Thursday afternoon -- but one big baller maximized the down time to work on his hoops skills.
