Ordering clothes online isn't easy. More often than not,India you find your dream item of clothing, you click and buy, and when it arrives? Well, it's nothing like the photo on the website.
Olivia Skuce, from Northern Ireland, had one such predicament. She ordered a top online from Pretty Little Thing, but when it arrived, it wouldn't fit over her head.
